<hr>Hey friends, and welcome back to another biweekly update.&nbsp;This week, we’re launching what we’re calling the Pulse Update, and we also have some news regarding our upcoming Tron ecosystem wallet and a bunch of small user experience improvements.Let’s get right into it!<hr><h3>Better, faster, healthier pulses&nbsp;💓</h3><img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/800/1*2gU3mDiBgmaWeCl39FIFOA.png">Every time cryptocurrency is dropped into the lake (your wallet), it should create a rippling&nbsp;pulse.Imagine your wallet as a serene lake. Every time cryptocurrency is dropped into the lake, it should create a rippling pulse, changing the balance of wallet.Nicknamed “the Pulse Update,” our team has been busy at work over the last month doing background optimizations to improve portfolio update speeds and transaction notification immediacy.&nbsp;Like a healthy pulse that pumps blood throughout the body regularly and without fail, the Pulse Update aims to more consistently fetch newly confirmed transactions on blockchains that we support, and update users’ portfolio balance in a more timely manner.<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/800/1*IMfxz2dCwVOF5Gq8tTvjSw.gif">Notifications pop up almost immediately after the transaction.<img src="https://miro.medium.com/v2/resize:fit:442/1*Qls4NTUAKe3cc3HHkXEzPw.gif" alt="" width="221" height="480" loading="lazy">Portfolio balance updates almost immediately after the transaction is confirmed on-chain.With this update, KryptoGO App users should notice the following improvements:<ol><li>Transaction notifications now work for Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, Tron, and Binance Smart Chain.</li><li>As soon as a transaction notification is received, the user can click on the notification to see the details of that transaction.</li><li>Once the transaction has been confirmed on-chain, the user’s portfolio will be immediately updated to reflect the change in balance or assets. This works when sending from KryptoGO App to any other wallet app, and vice versa when receiving to KryptoGO App from and other wallet app.</li><li>Portfolio updates occur automatically when running KryptoGO App in the foreground — the user no longer needs to manually update their portfolio by dragging down to refresh.</li><li>DeFi operations supported directly in KryptoGO App such as Stake and Earn will also be immediately reflected in the portfolio balance.</li></ol>Even with network congestion and some other factors, after the Pulse Update, we expect the worse-case portfolio update time to be no longer than ~15 seconds. We understand not being able to see timely portfolio balance updates can result in a lot of stress, especially when sending or receiving significant amounts of crypto. If you experience any delay in portfolio updates that results in a poor user experience, please let us know by contacting us through any of our official channels, and we will do our best to further improve on your experience with KryptoGO App.<h3>Cheaper gasless Tron transactions 🤑</h3>Back in July, we introduced the first gasless feature for the Tron Chain. As a refresher, here is the reason behind why:<blockquote>Excerpt from KryptoGO’s“Not Just A Wallet” Update:</blockquote><blockquote> Stablecoins such as USDC and USDT are pegged to fiat currency (in this case, the US Dollar), which makes it ideal for more conservative or risk-adverse parties who also want to participate in the cryptocurrency market. However, one of the biggest problem that remains is that you cannot do anything on-chain with stablecoins alone, because performing any transaction on a blockchain requires you to pay the main token of that chain for gas fees. For instance: to complete a transaction, having USDT on Tron isn’t enough. You’ll also need TRX, the main token of the Tron chain. This limitation hugely increases the friction and barrier to entry.</blockquote><img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/800/1*zIm1QkZbNlu_C0y1pH2Dng.png">The first gasless feature, Gas Swap, introduced for the Tron Chain back in&nbsp;July.Since then, we’ve expanded the capabilities of our gasless features. Besides Gas Swap, which allows users to manually swap USDT for TRX, we now support Gasless Send which seamlessly integrates the gasless experience into the Send procedure.<img src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1200/1*PIw7gYhFaj2NuPmwAmTMxQ.png">New and improved Send Screen and the new gasless feature: Gasless&nbsp;Send.We’ve also optimized the way gas sponsorship and how the smart contract works internally, and therefore it is possible for Gasless Send to be done at a lower cost than Gas Swap. Also, a technical detail: due to the user needing to approve USDT in order to utilize Gasless Send, the on-chain fee will be the most expensive the first time this feature is used, and be significantly cheaper for the second and later transactions.We hope these gasless features and fee improvements would incentivize more users to transact with Tron stablecoins knowing that they do not need to worry about TRX gas tokens nor hidden transaction fees!<h3>Interface and user experience improvements ✅</h3>Here are some small changes we made to KryptoGO App upon hearing your precious feedback.
