🦉 User 360

User 360 is a data aggregation dashboard that provides insights into user behavior and engagement, as well as data about other studio features. By correlating user data with blockchain activity, User 360 enables effective management of customer relationships and offers comprehensive insights, empowering enterprises to better understand their users and enhance overall user satisfaction.

Audience

User 360 Audience helps enterprises see all their users at a glance.

Each user is assigned a unique user identifier in the KryptoGO ecosystem.

Here are the data fields associated with each unique user identifier. Descriptions of self-explanatory items are omitted.

• Name
• Phone number
• Email
• Wallet ID: This is the same as uid.
• KYC status: Whether the user has passed KYC. Refer to KYC statuses in the Compliance section.
• Compliance form number: Click on the form number to view related data in Compliance.

User DNA

Click on a specific user in Audience to see the user’s “DNA,” essentially more detailed user data. The user’s DNA is categorized by data relevant to other studio modules, most notably Compliance and AssetPro.

Here are the data fields associated with each user in User DNA. Descriptions of self-explanatory items are omitted.

General Data

A collection of tags that fits the user's description.

Compliance Data

• KYC Status: Whether the user has passed KYC. Refer to KYC statuses in the Compliance section.
• Risk Score: Refer to Risk score in the Compliance section.
• KYC application date and approval date, if applicable.
• Personal information:
  • name
  • email
  • phone
  • document ID: A national ID or equivalent ID.
• Related KYC tasks: Click on the task to view related data in Compliance.

AssetPro Data

Wallet Data

• Wallet addresses: The user’s wallet addresses on all our supported chains.
• ⚠️ Wallet transaction history in User DNA is on our future roadmap.

Data

User 360 Data shows aggregated data relevant to other studio modules. Data shown are constricted to a user-defined date range, either

• of all time,
• within 1 day,
• within 7 days,
• within 30 days, or
• a custom date range.

User 360 Data refreshes in real time, unless denoted with a turtle. 🐢Turtle data only refreshes once per day, at 11:59 midnight (GMT +8:00).

Compliance

These are the Compliance data fields shown in User 360 Data.

• Form Submissions: The number of Compliance Forms submitted.
• IDV Tasks: The number of identity verification tasks submitted.
• CDD Tasks: The number of customer due diligence tasks submitted.
• KYC Status: Pie chart showing percentages of different KYC statuses.
• Wallet Usage: Pie chart showing percentage of verified users using KryptoGO Wallet.
